A New Creation Interiors is a family-owned interior design firm based in Bonita Springs, Florida, creating personalized residential interiors throughout Southwest Florida.
Since 1995, we have helped homeowners transform individual rooms, complete residences, new construction homes and remodeled properties into spaces that feel considered, comfortable and distinctly their own.
We extend our interior design services throughout Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Royal, Pelican Bay, Marco Island and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Each project is led by experienced interior designer Victoria Maloney, who works directly with clients to understand their home, lifestyle, preferences and vision before developing the design.
Beautiful interiors are only part of what we create. The goal is a home that works for the people living in it, supports the way they spend their time and feels right every time they walk through the door.
Our Story:
A New Creation Interiors began serving homeowners in Naples in 1995, after Victoria Maloney relocated to Southwest Florida and recognized an opportunity for a more personal, professional approach to residential interior design.
The idea behind the firm was never to place the designer's signature on every home. Victoria wanted to create professionally designed interiors that carried the homeowner's signature instead. That philosophy continues to guide A New Creation Interiors today.
More than three decades later, the firm continues to work directly with homeowners throughout Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida communities, helping clients make confident decisions about their homes while keeping their individual tastes at the center of the design.
"Victoria is creative and believes in the power of beautiful interiors to transform daily life. She has exquisite taste and only provides quality furnishings. She continues to be recognized for her crisp, timeless style and designs. She is known in southwest Florida as a local expert for interior design."
Our mission is simple: create homes that genuinely feel like they belong to the people living in them.
A New Creation Interiors believes beautiful design should go beyond appearance. A well-designed home should support the way you live, make everyday spaces easier to enjoy and bring together the colors, furnishings, materials and details that feel natural to you.
We do not design homes around a signature look that gets repeated from one project to another. Every project begins with the homeowner. Your lifestyle, taste, architecture, existing belongings and vision guide the direction so the finished interior feels personal rather than prescribed.
We Make You Feel At Home is more than our tagline. It is what every project is ultimately meant to accomplish.
Every successful interior begins with understanding the people who will live there.
Victoria takes time to learn how clients use their home, what they already enjoy about it, what is not working and what they want to experience differently. That conversation helps establish the direction before individual furniture pieces, finishes or colors begin competing for attention.
Depending on the project, our approach can include space planning, furniture layouts, color and material selections, lighting, furnishings, fabrics, artwork, accessories and recommendations for architectural or structural changes. Existing furniture and meaningful pieces can also be incorporated when they belong in the new design.
Some clients arrive with a very clear vision. Others know they want something different but need help discovering what that should look like. A New Creation Interiors can guide either type of project, turning individual ideas and decisions into an interior that feels connected from one space to the next.
Great interior design often requires more than one professional.
More than 30 years of working in the design industry and throughout Southwest Florida have allowed A New Creation Interiors to build relationships with builders, general contractors, architects, craftsmen, artisans, artists, furniture manufacturers and other experienced professionals.
That network gives clients access to resources beyond what they may find on their own and allows the right specialists to become involved when a project requires construction, custom work or specialized expertise.
Victoria can also coordinate the design direction with the professionals working on the home so architectural decisions, construction details, finishes and furnishings support the same overall vision.
The goal is not simply to recommend people. It is to help assemble the resources a project needs while keeping the finished interior cohesive.

A New Creation Interiors does not believe every project should look recognizably designed by the same person. Your home should reflect you.
Some clients already know exactly what they want. They may arrive with inspiration photographs, favorite colors, furniture they want to preserve or a clear architectural direction. Victoria helps refine that vision, solve the practical details and turn individual ideas into a cohesive interior.
Other clients know something about their home is not working but cannot identify the right style, layout or direction. We help establish that direction through conversation, observation, space planning, color, materials, furnishings and thoughtful comparison of different possibilities.
Contemporary, transitional, coastal, modern, tropical, Mediterranean, casual and more formal interiors can all be approached differently. The common thread is not one predetermined A New Creation Interiors look. It is a professionally planned home that reflects the person who lives there.

Our interior design services can begin with a single room or continue throughout an entire residence. Each project is shaped around the home, the client's priorities and the amount of guidance required.

Complete interior design brings layout, furnishings, color, lighting, materials, art and architectural elements together under one clear vision. We can redesign an existing residence or develop the interior of a home that is still being built.

A home does not always require renovation to feel completely different. Interior decorating services can include furniture selection, fabrics, area rugs, artwork, accessories, lighting, window treatments, color coordination and styling existing pieces into a more complete interior.

Furniture placement and circulation are considered before individual pieces are selected. Victoria develops functional floor plans and can recommend structural changes when the existing layout prevents a room from reaching its potential.

Years in the design industry have given A New Creation Interiors access to established furniture manufacturers, designer resources and furnishings beyond ordinary retail selections. We can source furniture, custom upholstery, lighting, rugs, artwork and accessories, while also incorporating pieces a client already owns and loves.

Early design involvement allows decisions about flooring, lighting, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, furniture and spatial relationships to work together rather than being selected independently. We collaborate with the professionals involved in the home so the finished interior feels intentional from room to room.

Existing homes often need more than new furnishings. We help clients reconsider layouts, kitchens, bathrooms, architectural details, lighting and finishes while coordinating the design vision with qualified professionals responsible for construction.

A New Creation Interiors also works with homeowners, real estate professionals and property owners preparing homes for the market. Furniture placement, styling, accessories and presentation can help a property communicate its potential more clearly to prospective buyers.
Interior Design That Supports Southwest Florida Living
More than three decades of working in Southwest Florida have exposed us to a wide range of residences and lifestyles. We design primary residences for clients who live in Southwest Florida throughout the year and want their home to work beautifully for everyday life.
We work with seasonal and second homes for clients who spend only part of the year in Florida but still want the residence to feel personal, finished and ready to enjoy whenever they arrive.
Our experience includes waterfront residences and coastal homes, where views, natural light, entertaining spaces and the relationship between indoor and outdoor living often influence the direction of the interior.
We design condominiums and high-rise residences, where furniture scale, circulation, storage and thoughtful use of space can dramatically affect how comfortable the home feels.
Clients building custom new construction homes can involve us early so interior finishes, furnishings and spatial decisions develop as one cohesive design.
Owners of existing and remodeled homes can bring us into a single-room renovation, a larger transformation or a full-home redesign.
A home does not need to begin as an empty shell. Existing architecture, furniture, artwork and meaningful pieces can become part of the new direction when they deserve to stay.

A New Creation Interiors can develop an entire residence or concentrate on the rooms where professional design will make the greatest difference.
Great rooms require careful attention to furniture scale, conversation areas, circulation, lighting and visual balance. Open floor plans also require each area to feel connected without making every space look identical.
Kitchen interior design can involve finishes, lighting, cabinetry direction, furniture, color, adjacent living areas and structural recommendations when the existing configuration needs improvement.
Bathrooms combine technical decisions with highly visible design details. Materials, cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, storage and proportion all contribute to a bathroom that feels polished rather than pieced together.
A primary suite should function as a private part of the home rather than simply another bedroom. Furniture, lighting, fabrics, window treatments, color and storage are coordinated to establish comfort and a sense of retreat.
Southwest Florida homeowners frequently host visiting family and friends. Guest rooms can be designed to feel welcoming and complete while remaining consistent with the rest of the residence.
Dining spaces are planned around the way a client entertains, including appropriate table scale, seating, lighting, storage, artwork and the relationship to nearby living spaces.
A home office can be functional without feeling commercial. Layout, storage, lighting, furniture and background presentation are considered around the way the room will actually be used.
Entries, hallways and connecting spaces influence the first impression and flow of a residence. Thoughtful furnishings, lighting, art and proportion allow those areas to contribute to the design rather than becoming leftover space.

Many of our clients are managing careers, businesses, travel, family commitments or multiple residences. Others live outside Florida for part of the year and want their Southwest Florida home to feel complete when they return.
Interior design can become another major project to manage when every showroom visit, furniture decision, delivery, contractor conversation and finish selection falls on the homeowner.
A New Creation Interiors helps organize those decisions into a clear design direction. Victoria can guide selections, source furnishings, coordinate with the professionals a project requires and follow the details through installation. Clients remain involved in the decisions that matter without having to independently solve every part of the process.
The result should be a home you spend more time enjoying and less time trying to finish.

A New Creation Interiors works with homeowners at different stages of life and homeownership. Some clients have lived in their Southwest Florida home for years and are ready to rethink how it looks and functions. Others are purchasing a new residence, building from the ground up, remodeling an existing property or furnishing a second home.
We also work with seasonal residents who divide their time between Southwest Florida and another location, homeowners relocating to the area, and individuals whose careers, businesses, travel or other responsibilities leave little time to manage hundreds of design decisions themselves.
Some clients want extensive guidance from the first floor plan to the final accessory. Others already have strong ideas and need an experienced interior designer to refine them, source the right pieces and bring everything together professionally.

A New Creation Interiors is not a design company that recently expanded into Southwest Florida. The firm has been creating interiors here since 1995.
Victoria has spent decades working in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Marco Island and neighboring communities. That history has also produced long-standing relationships with builders, general contractors, architects, craftsmen, artists, artisans and other professionals who can become part of a project when their expertise is needed.
Southwest Florida has its own relationship with architecture, natural light, waterfront living, entertaining and seasonal residency. Years spent working inside homes throughout the region give us practical familiarity with those realities rather than an aesthetic copied from somewhere else.
Our office is located in Bonita Springs, and our connection to Southwest Florida is personal. These are the communities where we live, work, build relationships and continue helping homeowners create places they are proud to call home.
Victoria Maloney is the owner and lead interior designer of A New Creation Interiors. Her design career began in Chicago before she relocated to Southwest Florida and established A New Creation Interiors in Naples in 1995.
Her early experience included working with clients and within Chicago's design market, including extensive time working through the Merchandise Mart. That environment exposed her to professional furniture resources, materials, manufacturers and the level of detail required to turn creative concepts into completed interiors.
Victoria's educational background extends across art, design, decorating and photography, along with a minor in education. Her studies include Northern Illinois University, St. Xavier University, the Art Institute of Chicago and the American Academy of Art in Chicago. She also taught creative subjects before returning to further concentrate on interior design and interior planning.
That combination of artistic education, professional design experience and decades spent inside real homes continues to shape how she works today.
Victoria listens before designing. She wants to understand how clients use their home, what they already love, what frustrates them, what they want to change and how they want the finished space to feel.
Every A New Creation Interiors client works directly with Victoria. The relationship does not begin with Victoria and then transfer to an unfamiliar designer. She remains closely involved in the design direction and the details that bring it together.

Interior Designer - Victoria Maloney

Interior design experience is valuable because homes rarely present only obvious decisions.
A sectional may look beautiful but overwhelm a floor plan. A finish may work perfectly under showroom lighting and appear completely different inside the home. A kitchen concept may require structural coordination. A favorite existing piece may need to influence an entire color story. Two individually beautiful selections can still look wrong beside each other.
Years of designing homes develop the ability to recognize those issues earlier.
Experience also creates resources. A New Creation Interiors has built relationships with furniture manufacturers, craftspeople, builders, contractors, artists and other specialists throughout decades of practice. Those connections allow us to find solutions that are difficult to achieve by shopping one showroom or retailer at a time.
The objective is not to add more objects to a house. It is to make informed decisions so the entire home feels resolved.

Hiring an interior designer should make creating your home easier, not add another layer of complexity.
Your relationship with A New Creation Interiors begins with a conversation about your home, how you live, what you want to change and what you are trying to accomplish. Victoria meets with clients personally and studies the space before recommending a direction.
From there, the project may move into floor planning, furnishings, materials, colors, lighting, architectural recommendations or coordination with other professionals depending on its scope. Clients remain part of the important decisions, while Victoria helps narrow possibilities, identify what works together and keep the overall design moving toward one cohesive result.
Every homeowner works directly with Victoria throughout the design process. You are not introduced to the principal designer during the consultation and then handed off to an unfamiliar team.

Not every client arrives with the same project scope or the same budget.
Some homeowners are furnishing a newly completed residence from the ground up. Others are ready to remodel several rooms. Some need professional guidance on one important space. A client may also prefer to develop a larger design plan and implement it in stages.
A New Creation Interiors can develop a direction around those circumstances while keeping the long-term vision consistent. Planning the destination first helps prevent one room, purchase or renovation decision from making the next phase more difficult.
Clients can also keep existing furniture, art or meaningful pieces when they belong in the new design. A successful redesign does not automatically require replacing everything you already own.
